Membership & Training Fees - Season 2024/25

  • Membership Fees

    Annual membership runs from August 1st until July 31st the following year.


    **We use Netball Scotland's competition eligibility rules to distinguish between Junior and Senior membership. Therefore if a player's 17th birthday falls before midnight on 31st December then they will be classified as a Senior for the whole of that season.**


    Annual Membership Categories and Fees:

            

    Mini Phantoms (Aged 6-9)                    Free

    Junior  Player (Aged 10-17)                  £25

    Senior Player (Aged 17+)                      £50

    Recreational Adult (Aged 17+)          Free

    Coach (Qualified)                                      Free

    Annual Competition Supplements


    Senior (CENA) League                           £32

    Scottish Youth Cup (U17/U15)  Pay as you play

    Strathallan NC League (U15)     Pay as you play



    These Supplementary fees are charged to cover the cost of entry into the following competitions. This is due to the costs involved in entering and competing in these competitions.


    We have been able to minimise these costs over the last couple of seasons due to the brilliant efforts of our club members in fundraising over the last 12 months.


    Keep up the great fundraising efforts and we will hopefully we sill be able to keep these costs to a minimum in future seasons.

  • Training Fees

    £32.50/Month  -  This is the monthly training fee paid to cover the costs  of all coaching and coaches support (at training & competitions).

  • Netball Scotland Membership

    Each player who is participating in competitive match play is required to be a member of Netball Scotland. Membership runs from August-August. 


    Please read the information below to check what Netball Scotland Membership Level you require. The link following that will take you to their Login/Registration page. 



    All Players playing in Adult/National competitions such as the CENA (City of Edinburgh Netball Association) League will require LEVEL4 membership.


    All Players playing in either the Scottish Youth Cup (Junior) or Scottish Cup (Senior) competitions will require LEVEL4 membership.


    Junior players playing in local CNA (Central Netball Association) or FNA (Fife Netball Association) League games only, will require a LEVEL2 membership. 


    Please check with the coaching team to find out what squads you are in to ascertain what level of membership you require.

    New members will need to sign up at Netball Scotland Membership. You will need to add yourself to the Fife Phantoms Netball Club.


    Existing Netball Scotland members should get a reminder to renew from Netball Scotland, but can login using the link above and your personal login details.

Membership Fees 2024/25


Thank you to those who came along to the AGM on Wednesday 28th August, it was great to see so many members/parents there. As set out in our Club Constitution the annual membership fees were discussed and set at the meeting. Further details can be found in the meeting minutes.


Membership Fees:

The annual club membership period runs from August 1st until July 31st the following year. So members are required to renew their membership as soon as possible following the start of September. Membership fees are used to pay for competition entry fees, match officiating costs, and equipment such as dresses, balls etc and the club cannot run or compete without them. This season the Membership Fee and structure below was ratified…


In accordance with our Club Constitution there are the following categories of membership:


•⁠ ⁠Mini Phantoms (Age 6-9

•⁠ ⁠Junior Player (Aged 10-17)

•⁠ ⁠Senior Player (17th Birthday before 31/12/2024)

•⁠ ⁠Recreational Adults

•⁠ ⁠Coach (Qualified)

•⁠ ⁠Official (Qualified)

•⁠ ⁠Volunteer/Helper

Members playing in our junior and senior competitive squads are asked to pay a basic Annual Membership Fee with additional Annual Competition Supplements dependant on which competitions

they are competing in.


Annual Membership Fees 2024/25:

•⁠ ⁠Junior Players - £25

•⁠ ⁠Senior Player - £50


Unfortunately due to rising costs we are going to have to charge Annual Competition Supplementary fees for the 2024/25 season. However due to our members’ efforts fundraising we have managed to keep these relatively low.


Competition Supplements 2024/25:

•Senior CENA league - £32 (this equates to £2/game)

•Scottish Cup (U17) - Pay as you play

•Strathallan NC League (U15) - Pay as you play


We would ask that all members complete a Membership Form and make arrangements to pay the above Annual Membership Fee and relevant competition supplement amount at their earliest opportunity.


This year the membership form is an electronic Google Form and the link can be requested by Contacting the Club (Head Coach Sandra can also provide a flyer with a QR code link, or a paper copies of the membership form at training)


Finally, the committee would like to say a big THANK YOU for your continued assistance with fundraising. This allows us to keep Annual Membership and Competition Supplements to a minimum.
