Training at the Beach

Netball training doesn't always take place on the court.   Teamwork is created through having fun which if you haven't already noticed from our website so far but fun is the fundamental model of our coaching.  Look how much fun our players are having in this video.

Being successful is not always about scoring goals but that helps!

Netball is very offensive and the point is to score goals but watching this video will show that it is as much defensive as offensive,   Our opponents here had the ball and were making progress down our court, great defensive work allowed us to retan the ball without losing a goal, quickly moving up the court and scoring.  Passing and moving with speed takes a lot of focus and we showed how this can be done.  Well done Phantoms.
